What is music companioning?

Music companioning is a service I offer where I come to you with a variety of possible musical activities. I can simply play songs for you, jam with you (as shown in the photo above), teach a lesson, or work on musical activities which help with physical movement or cognitive awareness. "This sounds like music therapy," you ask? It may have its similarities, but I am not a licensed music therapist and am drawing from my experience as a musician and in the field of support for the developmentally disabled.

Here is remake of Wild Ones by Flo-Rida done by Richard, aka DJ That's Not Right. We created the "live" version of it. :)

This is Brian. I helped him make his first very own song. He was extremely pleased with himself when it was done. You can see his reaction to hearing his own music back for the very first time.

The Pacific Northwest Angelman Syndrome Foundation held their first camp for children living with this very rare condition. My friend Alan and I played and led them in camp songs. It was a wonderful night!
